We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers (such as Supabase, Stripe, and analytics partners) to operate the platform. All sharing is done in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Restaurants & Uploaded Content

Restaurants upload their own content, which may include videos, images, descriptions, and branding. Restaurants are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload this content.

5. Data Storage

We store information securely using Supabase infrastructure. Passwords are encrypted and never visible to us. We retain information as long as necessary to provide Services or comply with legal obligations.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also delete your account through the app or by contacting us.

7. Children

BiteByte is not intended for users under the age of 13. Users aged 13-17 must have parental consent.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. We will notify users of significant changes where required.
